Easter with Gage
The first thing Gage saw at the Easter egg hunt yesterday was Elmo. He loves Elmo.
The jury is still out on the Easter Bunny.

What about me?
I’m a fortyone-year-old newish mom who loves books. I also love movies, red wine, and chocolate, although not necessarily in that order. We’ve been in the Cleveland area for ten years. I have a wonderful husband who never complains when I bring another book home, new son Gage and two furry kids-Scout the cat and Max the dog.

Rosalind Russell
You scored 19% grit, 38% wit, 29% flair, and 29% class!
You are one wise-cracking lady, always quick with a clever remark and easily able to keep up with the quips and puns that come along with the nutty situations you find yourself in. You're usually able to talk your way out of any jam, and even if you can't, you at least make it more interesting with your biting wit. You can match the smartest guy around line for line, and you've got an open mind that allows you to get what you want, even if you don't recognize it at first. Your leading men include Cary Grant and Clark Gable, men who can keep up with you.Find out what kind of classic leading man you'd make by taking the Classic Leading Man Test.
What Jane Austen heroine are you?

He has gotten so tall! Hope you all have a very happy Easter!!!
Thanks, Jill. You too
Ohm y gosh, I am totally in love with that Easter bunny … LOL!
Happy Easter to you and your family, Stacy!
The Easter Bunny was soo cute
Happy Easter, Beth
Aw, how fun! I love Elmo too! Happy Easter to you and your family!
Elmo is very popular around here. Happy Easter, Kathy
Actually Elmo scared me more than the Easter bunny. Happy Easter to you and your family Stacy.
Love the new look too
This Elmo was definitely off. Happy Easter Jen!
I love Elmo, too (good taste, Gage!), but there’s something a little off about that Elmo’s face!
LOL! We told Gage that he missed his bathtime and he looked tired
Such cute photos!
Happy Easter to you and your family!
I don’t blame Gage for his reaction to the Easter Bunny… I thought he (the bunny) was scary when I was a wee one…. and i still think he’s creepy! But as for Gage, he’s a doll! Thanks for sharing his sweet pics!
My kids would never get near characters until they were much older! Looks like he had a great time. Like you new look.
Sammy doesn’t seem all that impressed with Elmo or his World. My sister-in-law tells me there is a magic Elmo switch that occurs around 14/15 months and they all join the Elmo cult. What fun you guys had – looks like he survived the hunt unscathed. It was a bit knock down drag out today in our family’s mad dash for easter eggs. Sammy stayed safe and out of the way in Daddy’s arms – where he found a few eggs higher up in the bushes that his cousins on the ground missed :0)
Fun fun fun, sounds like a great day for Gage.
Fun!!! Elle isn’t walking yet so poor babe got tossed around as mom and dad hunted for the eggs.
And we’re with you on Elmo. Well, at least the babe is. Glad you guys had a fun easter!
Looks like so much fun. Hope you had a wonderful Easter.
Honestly, Elmo would have scared me more! LOL Hope you had a Happy Easter!
My boys adored Elmo and were scared to death of the Easter bunny! Great photos!
So sweet! Gage is getting so big! I’ve never seen an egg hunt on a football field before. Was everyone well behaved or was it a mob scene? We had fun coloring eggs and hiding them in the yard for the grandkids – well, only the 4 yr old was big enough to do it but it was still fun.
I hope you and your family had a wonderful Easter! The blog looks great!
Who doesn’t love Elmo? I hope you, Gage, and Jason had a wonderful Easter!
4 eggs is pretty good! I remember my son’s first Easter Egg hunt — he kept missing the basket and ended up with only two eggs! : )
Such cute pictures. Enjoy all of these moments as they go by so fast. My son loved Elmo and now he has just turned 18. I don’t know where the time went!
